Zina’s personal birthing experience began 26 years ago when she had her first daughter and then she went on to have seven more children. Lena DeGloma, M.S., is an expert practitioner and instructor of therapeutic massage with over 12 years of experience. She is the founder and director of Red Moon Wellness in Park Slope, Brooklyn.
