I offer yoga and mindfulness meditation for women who are trying to become pregnant, are expecting and new moms. As you navigate this journey, the techniques I teach show you how to stay present, be strong (both physically and mentally), self-care, and remaining grounded throughout this profoundly incredible experience. My path to yoga started as an undergrad when I took my first yoga class, and as cliche as it may sound, I was hooked; I enjoyed the gentle flow from pose to pose as well as the inner peace I felt at the end of class by being able to let go of things. When I began thinking about becoming a mom, I started a prenatal yoga teacher training, so I could become more informed about the whole experience.. I wasn't sure if I would ever teach classes. It took me nearly three years to become pregnant, and included multiple interventions: IUIs, IVFs, weekly acupuncture, mindfulness meditation, and especially yoga for fertility, which I researched and taught myself. Yoga offered me gentle movement and a safe place to be with what was going on. After going through this very intense and emotional journey to become a mama, I decided to finish my Prenatal yoga teacher training in order to offer moms-to-be guidance on their journey to motherhood.
