As a Certified Parent Coach, I am deeply committed to supporting new parents on their journey.
After the birth of my son in 2005, I felt unprepared for the challenges of new motherhood. Recovering from childbirth while managing colic, sleep deprivation, and postpartum anxiety was overwhelming. It was the support I received from my postpartum doula and therapist that helped me settle into motherhood, and inspired me to become a Postpartum Doula and Parent Coach.
In 2009, I received my Postpartum Doula certification through Childbirth International. Supporting families in the first twelve weeks following childbirth was a true privilege and rewarding.
In 2015, I began working with Boot Camp for New Moms in Irvine, California as a writer, researcher, and workshop facilitator. This award-winning, national program provides education for new parents around the country.
In 2018, I was certified as a Parent Coach through Parent Coach Professionals, and I've been working in private practice since then, supporting families in the US and abroad.
I also hold a Bachelor of Arts from George Mason University.
My approach to coaching is compassionate, non-judgmental, and solutions-oriented, recognizing that each family has unique circumstances and goals. I specialize in preparing for parenthood, Positive Parenting/Discipline and co-parenting challenges.
