I am a licensed massage therapist and Ayuvedic Practitioner. I provide services as a Postpartum Doula, informed by the practices of Ayurveda. I live in New Mexico and am available for in home or virtual visits.
I help families prepare for the postpartum time with lifestyle and nutritional advice, as well as ancient Ayurvedic practices that support well being. Once baby is born, I am available for in person services to cook Ayurvedic foods, give massage, and provide consultation to support postpartum health.
I became a licensed massage therapist in 2009, in Santa Fe, New Mexico. In 2012, I received my associates degree in Midwifery from The Matrona. From there, I began practicing as a birth doula and then added postpartum to my services. I spent a number of years in Hawaii, where I was a member of The Seven Sisters Doula Collective. In 2016, I moved to New Mexico to study for 2 years at The Ayurvedic Institute. After graduation, I studied Ayurvedic body therapies in India. I am currently practicing as an Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula, combining all of my training in bodywork, healthy meal preparation, consultation, and postpartum services.
