I will guide you to reach your health and life goals by showing you how to implement self care in all facets of your life. You’ll learn how to make step by step changes to your food and lifestyle, through clearly defined goals, small steps, repetition, and personal accountability. My role in your transformation is to work with you to set goals, to derail roadblocks and to help you take action to achieve and sustain health-supporting behaviors.
I work with busy, high-achieving women who are often exhausted, overwhelmed and typically unhealthy. I help them to create happier, wholesome, balanced lives, and empower them to live a life of freedom. I also specialize in working with prenatal and postpartum women who are looking for a healthy pregnancy, an easy transition into mommyhood, easy and healthy nutrition guidance and a guide for balance, calm, and reassurance when their lives turn upside down with their new bundle of joy.
I am a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Lifestyle Coach, having studied at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition - an intense year-long program and the largest health coaching school in the world. I studied with some of the world’s leading experts in health and nutrition, learning over 100 different dietary theories and diving into the art of transformational coaching. I also have a J.D. and practiced public interest law for 10 years. I have a Bachelors in Science in Communication and Psychology.
