We coach Moms/Moms-to-Be to prioritize their health and transform their lives, minds and bodies in our online community. Our online and virtual programs are a hybrid of mindset, lifestyle and fitness coaching for women to feel empowered to stay active and feel their best during all phases of motherhood : pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Our mission is two-fold: to support Moms and bridge the gap between medical providers using a holistic wellness approach that adheres to reputable health guidelines and recommendations.
Christina Lumpkin is a Pre/Post-Natal Fitness Expert (Oh Baby! Fitness), Women’s Fitness Specialist (NASM-WFS), Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) and Certified Group Fitness Instructor (AFAA) with over 10 years of experience in the wellness industry. She coaches Moms/Moms-to-Be to transform their live from the inside out: mind AND body. Her programs are a hybrid of fitness, lifestyle management and mindset coaching principles.
All services are remote for scheduling and pricing flexibility: live virtual sessions and coaching calls. Clients may elect 1-on-1, small group and/or membership services.
Christina Lumpkin is a Pre/Post-Natal Fitness Expert (Oh Baby! Fitness), Women’s Fitness Specialist (NASM-WFS), Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) and Certified Group Fitness Instructor (AFAA) with over 10 years of experience in the wellness industry. She also works as a College Wellness Educator. In addition to her fitness credentials, the former Division I Basketball athlete holds a BA in Sociology from Columbia University and an MBA in Healthcare Administration from South University.
Christina aims for inclusivity of all fitness levels. This has led her to incorporate a variety of fitness training styles into her program design and service offerings: Circuit/HIIT, Strength & Stability, Low Impact Cardio/Aerobics, Barre Fusion, Line Dancing & Boxing.
Christina’s mission is to empower women by educating them about exercise, healthy, behaviors, and self-care practices. As a wife, mother, and fitness professional, she understands the challenges that many women face in prioritizing their health while meeting life’s daily demands.
