Join me for a 30 minute guided Lovingkindness meditation practice.
Lovingkindness meditation is a practice to offer kindness to yourself and others though repeated phrases to deepen your connection with all beings and create more ease in difficult situations in life.
The class will be on Uber Phone Conference. Please put your phone to silent/mute during the practice and if you should join the call late.
The practice is free and open to meditators of all experience levels.
The phrases we will be using are:
May I feel safe.
May I be happy.
May I be healthy.
May I be free from fear (worry).
May I live with ease.
