This Friday at 2:00pm Eastern, I will be giving a 30 minute class on what really causes the separation of the abdominal muscles, how to measure your DRA, to what degree your separation is, and how to begin treating your DRA.

I'll also be covering abdominal massage for bloating, self-myofascial release, and daily activities that affect DRA.

It does not matter how long ago you gave birth to your last child - these techniques will still work for you.
