Join me for a 30 minute Lovingkindness meditation practice session, which includes a check-in and guided practice. Lovingkindness meditation is a practice to offer kindness to yourself and others though repeated phrases to deepen your connection with all beings and create more ease in difficult situations in life.
The session is being offered by Jess Ergener, an Elementary educator, Certified yoga teacher, Lovingkindness Meditation teacher, and Mindfulness trained teacher.
